I have flat in BB4, and waiting for letter of possession. I am sure I will be asked same illegal demands because I am not an exception.

I am ready to join legal fight, but two things I must mention.
1. not in delhi
2. still waiting for possession letter.

Hi All,

RPS in writing informed me that since i have paid installments late (maximum late payment by me was 42 days. others are only 10-15 days late), RPS will not pay any compensation.
I m thinking to fight out in consumer court or legal case.

Hi, I have received demand letter for PH4 on internal plaster completion of Rs 153800(149190 + 4610 Service Tax).
Same amount has been mentioned there as Previous Dues, I could not understand what is this previous Dues where as I dont remember if I have missed any demand to pay.

However I have wrote email to RPS lets see what is reply I am getting.

Any other has got the similar demand?

Builder sent to Jail for 3 years by Consumer Forum in Delhi for non-delivery of flats for 9 years and Contempt.
In a landmark judgment, Consumer Forum at Delhi sends AJS Builder Director Madhu Singh to 3 years in Jail for non-delivery of flats for 9 years (buyers booked flats in 2005) and contempt of its previous order for providing compensation. This is first time when Consumer Forum has sent builder to Jail for non-delivery of flats and harassing buyers.

RPS is not replying to my mail for rejection of illegal demands ,anybody who got reply from RPS?

I have a flat in T6 & in receipt of offer of possession. The possession letter has demands that are beyond buyer's agreement & there is no mention of compensation on account of delay in possession. RPS has not responded to my mail so have sent a registered letter. But as expected there is no response. RPS won't respond to our queries till we adopt legal course.

I missed one important point. There was a judgement by Mumbai highcourt against a builder for charging buyers on super area as well as for parking. Anyone having lead on this judgement please share.
