Can anybody have any idea that when possession letter of Tower c-2 (SRS Royal Hills) to be issued?

Hi,

I have been to the site 15 days back and i observed that the external painting of C2 is in progress and also the balcony doors were painted. This gave me a feeling that in the March month they can offer possession.

Hi Neha,

SRS officials are saying that they have applied for OC of all the the balance towers and approval is awaited form authority.

During my visit i found that in few of the flats above 7th floor tiling work is still going on. Most of the flats are raw above 9th floor. However few of the flats below 7th floor have been finished till pre final stage.

Its my gut feeling that the offer for C1 and C2 will be offered first then B1 & B7 and it may take approximately 5-6 months for B1 & B7.

Lets stay connected to form a group of owners for B1 & B7 Tower.

I have flat in B7 tower. I visited the SRS office & site. They are saying that "they are waiting for OC/CC from authority and it will expected to come in this month. They are also saying that you will get possession within 2-3 month. I am not sure whether it is possible or not. Guys we should visit office together and ask for plan.

Even I spoke to the concerned person for possession of SRS tower and he said me that they are expecting the OC by this month end.

We should gather more buyer / investor and all together ask the builder about the status as because SRS concerned person said that they applied for the OC in Sep-14, but after seven months still they can't get it.

Dear All,

i am future resident of D1 tower and last week i got final demand letter for balance payment to get the possession and to my surprise they charged me around 40K interest and did not give any credit of interest for the delayed period despite it is mentioned in earlier agreement. upon consulting SRS official they are saying it was agreed to pay interset for delayed period but now company is not giving interest to anybody.

is anybody aware about the fact? kindly update.

Dear All,

Is SRS paying or giving credit for the delayed period ? As per the agreement they should have given possession in 2012 but they offering possession now, so anybody get any compensation for delayed period/
