Hi, I booked a flat at RPS Savana, Sector 88, Faridabad in 2007 but till date they have not delivered the flat. I am paying heaving interest to bank for emi and also paying house rent. What are the legal options.

Hi, You can go in state forum.
Jurisdiction will lie in Delhi State Forum as all receipts bear Delhi address.

Please consult a suitable lawyer. You may join some like minded people too.
